Michael Harms, DDS ("Dr Harm-less")
Michael grew up in and around Portland, Oregon and attended the University of Oregon as an undergraduate. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Northwestern University Dental school in Chicago and has been in practice since 1995. Michael has worked in private and public venues including 5 years in the Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas, and Yokota Air Base in Japan, providing general dentistry for the local military communities.

Michael and his wife Susan, a physician, moved to Colorado in 2006 for the lifestyle. Michael was an avid skier as a youngster and a ski instructor at Mt. Hood Meadows, Oregon for 2 seasons prior to attending college. He has finally found a ski town to call home and enjoy outdoor pursuits. He now enjoys snowboarding, skiing, snowshoeing, mountain and road biking and hiking with his wife and Greater Swiss Mountain Dog "Spring".  

Michael enjoys working with people of all ages and always welcomes new patients to his practice. One of Michael’s younger patients told him he should be called “Dr Harm-less”.


Tina Schwartz, RDH, BS
Tina Graduated in 2005 from the university of Colorado, Health Sciences Center. She is the past president of the WSDHS (Western Slope Dental Hygiene Society). Tina had her own business as a massage therapist for a number of years prior to Hygiene school. She is committed to dental continuing education and is passionate about educating her patients about the new science behind dentistry.

Tina has lived in the Vail Valley for over 20 years and enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, gardening, reading and cooking. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jack and their Lab Gus.


Annette Sanchez
Annette Sanchez has 5 years of dental front office experience and can help you with all your dental insurance questions. She graduated from Lake County High School and attended Colorado Mountain College. She has attended dental conferences and continuing education courses to keep up to date with the latest in dental office procedures and insurance coverage.

Annette decided to pursue a different career and completed her Nail Certification in September 1994 - and she still does nails! She is happy to be back in the dental field and enjoys helping her clients become healthy and achieve the best dental health possible.

Annette is a native Coloradan from Leadville. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends. She also enjoys reading, sightseeing and spending time with her 7 year old Lhasa Apso "puppy" Harley.
